tandigm health
Working on the site refresh for Tandigm Health was an exercise in guiding the user experience from start to finish — from uncovering an inkling of an idea through surveys all the way to building fully-designed pages in the CMS. The project required a deep dive into the world of value-based care to create a site that can legitimize the company, position them as a leader in the market, and bring clarity to the value they bring.
Tandigm is a population health management company that works as the middleman between providers (practices, hospital systems, physicians), patients, and payors (insurance companies). In the same vein, we had to facilitate conversations and get alignment from a variety of involved groups: the internal marketing team who were eager to collaborate every step of the way, various stakeholders that wanted to stay in the loop, an executive board that was undergoing major changes in the middle of the project, a legal team, and subject-matter experts to verify the technical writing.

— FOR HOW LONG
8 months
In the first few weeks, we visited the Tandigm office to kick off the site refresh project with all of their stakeholders. Leading up to that, we gathered information via surveys & interviews, so that we could come to the table with common themes that could spark conversation.
The kickoff was a success, and we gained a lot of insight into how the site could better meet its users’ needs.
We conducted and presented a landscape analysis of 5 competitors in the population health management space. Digging into the major pages and content, we were able to understand what exists in the market already, take note of the full digital experience, and find areas of opportunity for Tandigm.
In our 2-hour content workshop, we worked with the marketing team to get a sense of their needs & expectations, as well as collaborate on solutions that required their extensive knowledge of the company.
Then we married all of these discovery activities into a content strategy summary & recommendations report.

A lot of work went into this 8-month project, and I hope to capture just a glimpse of that in the carousel below — which illustrates the evolution of the Patients page.
